Acne Scar Treatment

ACNE SCAR TREATMENT: SUBCISION -NANOPHATE AND MICROPHATE FAT INJECTION

I will provide detailed information about acne scar treatment with subcision and nanofat and microfat fat injection. One of the most common treatments in acne scar treatment is the use of chemical peeling, laser, micro dermabrasion, dermabrasion.

The treatment of acne, ie acne scars, is difficult and is used with varying success rates. When you do research on the treatment of acne scars, you will see that many techniques are used but not very successful results are obtained.

For this reason, the search for effective methods for the treatment of acne scars continues. The demand from my patients and the questions "Can't we do something for this? I have seen a lot of treatment but it didn't work" forced me to research and develop a new technique.

As a result of the researches, studies and literature review I have done in recent years, I started to apply the technique I developed based on sub incision (cutting the subcutaneous depressed parts of the pitted scars with the help of special needles) and then nano and micro fat injection (micro fat grafting and nano fat grafting). With this technique, it is possible to get rid of deep and sunken acne scars.

Before describing this technique, it is necessary to classify acne scars and reveal the problem.

SUBSISSION:

This method is especially applied for collapsed and pitted acne scars on the face.

The essence of the procedure is that with the help of special needles, the depressed and pitted acne scars are separated from the adhesion at the base of the depressed parts under the skin. Thus, the sunken scar surface rises (Figure-2, Figure-3).

This procedure is performed for each depressed acne scar. Blood and tissue fluid fills the space in between, but this can collapse over time. In order to prevent this and to benefit from its therapeutic effect, nanofat oil injection is applied to this gap one by one.

NANO FAT AND MICROFAT FAT INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF ACNE SCARS:

However, a gap is formed between the scar surface and the base: If this gap is not filled, the scar may collapse again. At this point, the collapsed area is permanently filled with nanofat fat injection into these gaps.

In addition, micro fat fat injection is performed under the area where acne scars are intense. With this procedure, it is aimed to benefit from the filling and therapeutic effect of fat injection.

In April 2015, in a new study published in the American Journal of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, it was revealed that the aging effects on the skin improved as a result of fat injection and the skin quality improved and showed a rejuvenating effect..

It has been suggested that this healing effect comes from stem cells originating from the injected fat cells. This published study scientifically supports this treatment approach consisting of a combination of subcision and fat injection and the positive results we have received..

In the treatment of acne scars, sub incision and yeg injection provide at least two birds with at least one stone by showing both filling and healing effect..

The next stage of this treatment will be laser and dermabrasion when needed. This process affects the results of laser and dermabrasion very positively.
