Dr Muhitdin Eski is originally from Trabzon and received his B.A in İstanbul. Dr Eski attended medical school education in Gulhane Military Medical Academy (GMMA) Gulhane Medical School in Ankara and received his MD degree in 1991.He served 2 year in Sarıkamış. Dr Eski completed his residency training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the GMMA which is one of the oldest and pioneer and well known Programme in Turkey between 1994-1999. Following his residency he worked in Ankara Mevki Military Hospital as a consultant Plastic Surgeon.

In 2000, Dr Eski won a scholarship and from Mediterranean Burn Council and worked in Paris Cochin Hospital. The same year with another scholarship for advanced English Language education in Defence School of Languages Beaconsfield in London. In 2001, he won scholarship from Turkish Government and was accepted as a fellow in the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the New York University Medical Center. He spent 2 years in Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery with Joseph G. McCarthy on craniomaxillofacial surgery. During this period he had the chance to work Charles H. Thorne, Glen W. Jelks, Nolan Karp, Court B.Cutting, Barry Zide, Sherrell J.Aston, Daniel Baker, Alan Matarrasso, Gerald Pitman, Nicholas Tabbal who are well-known all over the world. It was a great experience and training for him. During this period he work on craniofacial surgery, aesthetic facial surgery (especially rhinoplasty and facelift and ear chin surgery) and body contouring (breast surgey abdominoplasty) with these surgeon. In 2003, he was certified as a corresponding member of American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS).

He came back to Turkey and joined the Plastic Surgery faculty at Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the GMMA in 2003 Dr Eski became associate Professor of Plastic Surgey and opened his private practice . he 2015 became Professor of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and then he surved as Chief of the Plastic Surgery Department of Gülhane Hospital and as Programe Director of Gülhane Medical School Plastic Surgery residency. Dr Eski has internatiol and national reputation on maxillofacial surgery, pediactric plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery especially on rhinoplasty, facelift, ear chin surgery and breast surgery.

Dr Eski has spent over 20 years performing teaching and writing about Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He have published over 100 scientific articles, some book chapters. he have attended to several national and international congresses as a panelist or a lecturer (ASPS/PSEF, ASAPS). He was married and father of twins daughter and son.
